To give you peace of mind since we strive on selling directly to customers to save you money and we are not in retail stores, you can check out the luggage in the comfort of your own home to confirm this is the right size, color, and quality for you.

The Return & Exchange Part

We get it, sometimes customers may order the wrong size or want to change the colors. Returns & exchanges can be made within 101-days of delivery.

Both returns and exchanges must be unused (brand new) and in their original packaging. If it's clear the luggage was used on a trip and cannot be sold as new, TREXA reserves the right to not refund the full product price.

The TSA lock must be set back to the default code of 0-0-0. TREXA will refuse luggage where customers have forgotten their code and the luggage cannot be locked or unlocked.

Customers must have proof of purchase which is typically the email you placed an order with.

Processing A Return/Exchange

It's very simple, just send us back your luggage. Typically, the shipping is between $15-30.

If you'd like, we can send you a direct payment link to pay for the return shipping for your order refund. This option is typically much cheaper than going to any UPS or FedEx store to purchase a return shipping label.

Returns & exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving your product.
