All luggage is covered by a lifetime warranty!

What is covered?

• All new luggage is covered under this warranty
• Cracks in the shell (also known as the body)
• Wheels or handles that may break off
• Any zippers internal or external that make break off

What is not covered?

• Cosmetic wear and tear
• Abuse, neglect, scratches, dents
• Natural color changes that can happen over time
• Any modifications or alterations

Who is covered? The warranty covers the lifetime of the original owner and does not cover the product being resold after purchase.

Being used as intended. The lifetime warranty is only valid provided the luggage is being used for its intended purpose. 

We will repair or replace (as applicable) your luggage, the only thing we ask in return is to pay a small shipping fee (this is typically less than $10) to ship out your free replacement luggage or parts.
